Books came rapidly and even though the box was wet and split, all books, except volume 12, were in pristine condition. Volume 12 became water damaged, when I notified the seller, they were AMAZING!! This is exactly as described. I was a little nervous about the packaging, but the stylus had a plastic cover over it, so it was fine. It did arrive within the projected window, but I think it could have actually been taken to the post office a little sooner (according to their records, anyway.) All in all, a good experience and good sellter.
