The book comes with a DVD that shows 3 chefs doing their recipes- The rest of the book has lovely photos BUT.... unless you live in California OR are VERY RICH - avoid at all costs. I am a professional chef- Cordon Bleu trained and certified- and VERY FEW of my clients would want the items in the book- Some are very imaginative-but almost all are very CA cooking-trendy,flashy and the few that I tried not really worth the extra expense.The book comes with a DVD that shows 3 chefs doing their recipes- The rest of the book has lovely photos BUT.... unless you live in California OR are VERY RICH - avoid at all costs.
