    Nice beginner mixer, good for light, liquid jobs!

    I bought this hand mixer because I just moved into a new apartment and I lost the beaters from my old mixer in the move. So I bought this one to replace it because I couldn't find the beaters for my old one online, it's discontinued now so I bought this hamilton beach mixer. I wasn't aware how small it was. My old mixer is at least another half it's size, which I guess isn't really a bad thing, it's cute. I made butterscotch chip pancakes with it the morning I got it and it did great. Then the following evening I made butterscotch chip peanut butter cookies, it struggled through the cookie dough a little but still got the job done. Cord is nice and long. the way it sits on a bowl is ok for smaller bowls, but I used a large mixing bowl to make both the pancakes and the cookies so the ...
