Item was exactly as described & seller did promptly answer my questions which I appreciated. Everything works well, no damages. However, I was very surprised to discover that none of these cartridges - 3 that are very heavy, and 1 smaller cartridge with an adapter - were ever packaged in bubble-wrap to protect them during shipping. I have bought similar cartridges from other sellers and they've always been wrapped ... greatly disappointed at the lack of care for shipping by this seller!!!

This is good feedback, I guess I just didn't think with multiple layers of cardboard that they would need the extra protection.. adding extra bubble wrap also may have prevented the boxes from fitting inside each other. I always prioritize cardboard over a layer of bubble wrap.-Tyler
