Item arrived in shatters. Was poorly packed, with little wrapping not even marked fragile. I contacted the seller, received no response. Formally requested a return through the eBay system, still no response. This was a beautifull expensive item that was treated very poorly and which I was very sorry to lose; also I am apparently out the money as this seller cares nothing about making this preventable loss right. As a seller myself I know problems can happen; it’s frustrating as heck but …

Seller shipped an Invacare Perfecto oxygen machine which was unfortunately damaged during shipping. There was also a discrepancy with shipping costs. After communicating with tatmaxi-21, he resolved this issue quickly and professionally. A refund was issued by this seller. I give this seller 5 stars for excellent customer service. Unfortunately this machine was defective and damaged during the shipping process.
