    Old camera in very good condition.

    Being as old as it is; this camera is in very good shape-almost as clean as the camera my son just broke. Needed a camera to play old tapes & for my college-aged son to record his escapades-this fits the bill.

    I am 85, have low vision and in poor health. I purchased the handycam to replace my CCDTR5 which was beyond repair. The handycam did not come with a manual. I finally found a web site to download/print the 70 page manual for $4.50. I only had to go to page 10 to find out the camera was not working. The green knob will not go into camera mode. WHAT RECOURSE DO I HAVE? Sadly Disappointed, William A. Schultz

    Precious family memories

    the camera works perfectly and I was able to transfer all my aunt's tapes onto DVD for her. And now I have the camera in case anybody else needs old tapes transferred. Using a transfer service would have cost me a small fortune. She's thrilled to have these precious family memories preserved.
