Even though the item was received defective, the return and refund process were excellent, seller is very responsive, communicative and VERY responsible. The shipping process from the seller was very fast, the item was well packaged, and shipping fee very reasonable. Excellent seller, highly recommend. Important note: The defective item was not on either fault; it was more of a factory default; everything was handled calmly professionally and on true understanding from both sides.
