Initially, the communication with the seller was good. The bike came missing a $50 seatpost clampthat rendered it unusable until it was installed. We reached out regarding the issue and they offered to either send the part or reimburse us once we made the purchase. By this time, we had already purchased the part given their 3dy delay in responding. Having sent the receipt for our purchase, they gone silent and have not honoured their proposition. This blighted our experience of the transaction.
