    Alpine CDA-9857

    This is a great unit, just finished installing it last week in my 1989 Porsche 944. Looks clean & neat - classy, very close to the factory Blaupunkt. I had previous experience w/ Alpine, have a 9847 in my Blazer that is also awesome. Does everything I need it to, ready for the Ipod once I get one. Will also be able to connect my Garmin GPS w/ Bluetooth & MP3 capabilities to it as well. Sounds great with the new 4 X 10 3-way rear speakers I installed. Only thing left is installing a subwoofer, that will be awhile yet. Sound of the unit is amazing, controls & menus are intuitive. CD's and MP3's from discs sound impressive. BBE sound processor really helps too. Great sound & great price - bought a $300 unit for $115 on Ebay. I did need to buy a trim ring for $10(this unit's was missing)and ...

    Alpine 9857 in dash reciever

    This unit works great! The sound is crisp and clear. There are many great features such as mp3 and SAT radio ready. I use the ipod connection all the time and it works easily. I also purchased a remote control and now have an easy to use, great sounding system.

    Alpine excellence

    I love Alpine's products and they stand behind what they build.Every auto I own has an Alpine head unit and my new toy is no different.The 9857 offers an easy to read display,CEA compliant built-in amp and 3 preouts for flexibility using multi-amp systems.It is packed with features!Check one out and you will not be disappointed.

    It is an awesome stereo that really meets a variety of needs!

    This is an amazing little stereo! It has a nice, rich sound and allows for connections to both an Ipod as well as a separate CD changer (if you still have one, like us)! It os a strong unit, and we even got it used. Feel confident that it will produce a great sound and easily allow for attaching of other devices!

    Alpine CDA-9857

    This is a great head unit. The display is nice and bright, and the iPod controls are excellent. It is very easy to browse playlists and artists like you would on the iPod itself. The built in bass engine and BBE processing make this unit sound amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever.
