110% Trustworthy. Seller was responsive and very helpful, laptop came in air bubble casing, (The big long tube ones that were a inch think all around), in a MSI box+charger, which came in a bigger box with paper padding, laptop itself was very clean save for a small barely noticeable dent. Ordered on Tuesday, came in Saturday. 2 year free warranty is great plus. Would recommend.
