Horrible service, bought a chamber of secrets book nook and it arrived 12 days after I ordered even after paying $8.99 for shipping and it shipped out from the state next to mine. Contacted seller and was told to please wait. When the package arrived it is completely broken and the item does not have the quality or detail that the pictures show.
