I purchased this device as an upgrade to the Minisforum Mini PC that I had set up as Plex Media Server. In the initial set up process, I had issues with integration of my Smart TVs and NVIDEA Shield device. This Kamrui 4K device also was not recognized the next morning when I tried to access certain news channels that I watch every morning. I was going to return the device but decided to perform a complete reset/ reconfiguring the Plex Media Server. I was able to install it correctly. Thanks
