    Better than most computer monitors.

    I purchased my first pair in the Air Force, I used the pair while I was building my home theater system. The main powered unit travelled with me around the world and it survived living in a bag in 31 countries and 45 states. This is no audiophile unit, just a good powered unit with more than adequate bass. It's easy to connect to a CD output or use an mini adaptor for portable units, you can even use a Bluetooth receiver as well. I paid $200 back in 1994, these can be had for around $40-60 used.

    Unsurpassed Quality And Superb Sound!

    I used my Bose Lifestyle powered speakers to record a very precise sound quality. In late 2014, I recorded my newest album entitled, "Christmas Music On The Road". We used the AKG condenser mic and the Bose speakers only. Afterwards the studio engineer wanted to buy my speakers! My album went on to gain a five star national review along with Darius Rucker and Earth Wind & Fire. I have many other Bose Speakers including the famous towers, but nothing compares to the Bose lifestyle for unmatched quality sound.

    just fell short

    it sounds good but it says compatible with lifestye 25 but it only pushes 2 of the 5 speakers
