Seller did their part. Item is slick and handy. Very nice. However, modifications had to be made so basket would sit level and could be pinned in place. Support brackets were not welded in correct place to allow hinge bolt and retaining pin to be installed simultaneously. Worth the price but aggregating.

Was a great price fast shipping. Unfortunately didn't fit my bar as I think someone had already put an after market sissy bar on my bike. But they offered a $ 15.00 rebate and me keep luggage rack. I didn't want to do that. As I just wanted to get a sissy bar with back rest and luggage rack complete. So they gave a full refund and told me to just keep the rack as it was to much of a Hassel to do the return shipping and restocking for them. That is super great service as far as I am concerned.
