Coolest batteries were dead leaving me with a brick for a cooler. The batteries is sent in were rebuilt quickly and returned quickly. Now the mixed drinks can flow again on the beach! A little pricy but worth it. Nowhere else I could find to do a rebuild or get new batteries from the now defunct Coolest company. Great communication.
