PC came with basic but helpful setup documentation along with desktop shortcuts to relevant Blair Tech web pages. Everything was as advertised. The PC booted up right out of the box and has performed flawlessly thus far. There are a lot of PC refurbishers out there but after some investigation I decided to go with Blair Tech, and I'm glad I did. Would highly recommend this vendor.
