This is going to sound weird but, even though it arrived with the glass steam tray broken in MANY pieces, I had a GREAT experience w/this seller. I sent them a message as soon as it arrived w/the box a mess and torn, & before I even finished unpacking it I could see & hear the heavy glass was shattered, and this seller initiated a refund WITHIN THE HOUR!!     Such a great product!

    Really great Krumkake maker. Very happy with it and the Krumkake were delicious. They are thin and crisp. I would definitely recommend this iron over the Cuisinart, as the Villaware makes a thinner and crisper Krumkake. I feel it was a good buy especially because it's so hard to find this exact one! I've been looking for this exact one for awhile now for my mom, and she's already made hundreds of treats for family and friends. A great buy and a great product!
