This cane would AMAZE anyone! When folded, it has a relatively small profile which is great for storage; however, as you separate the sections, the user will see that there are some sort of spring mechanisms which pull the lower sections of the cane into the other. The can has a rich looking black color which has a gold accent positioned right below the base of the handle. The price for this can was very reasonable & the fast quality shipping assigned to the delivery of my 2 canes was GREAT!
