Exacting part and fast shipping but you had better go to YouTube to learn how to change this part of what should be an easy fix because it is not thanks to Dyson. There are two screws under the flexible dust bar flap. The dust flap has to be gently pried out of the way to finish getting to the "last" two screws loose in order to remove this part to be replaced. It goes on from there. There is also one screw that holds the motor assembly in place on this part! GO SLOW! This is not a 5 minute fix.
