Item was as described, shipping was prompt, unit arrived without damage. However, packing left a little to be desired considering the shipping cost. While the unit was well protected in its own cocoon of taped bubble wrap, the wrapped item was loose inside the box with no packing to secure it in place, which means it was likely bumped around quite a bit during shipping, thankfully without damage. Would buy from this seller again, but request better packing.
