Not free. But what decent battery is? I bought one of those new high-intensity flashlights that you are seeing advertised. The flashlight is terrific, but it does burn through batteries. I bought these hoping to get the best I could buy. I think they are. I still go through them. They don't last forever. But love the flash light. Great buy, and they are amazingly strong. The one down side is they are more difficult to get a hold of as they are a different size and not available in any stores that I went to. However eBay took care of it for me!! Thank you!!
