Item came as pictured, well packaged. Customer service reached out to me during delivery process which was appreciated. Chandelier looks very realistic and well worth the price. Assembly was not complicated, there's a you tube video if needed. Wish more companies took interest in customer satisfaction like this one.

The item was as described. When I purchased it I was not sure that it would suit my needs. It didn’t. The seller contacted me after the sale to make sure everything was fine. (Wow). I told them that it was not what I needed but that was my mistake not theirs. Even so, they offered to refund my money if I would ship it back. I declined but I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. I would like to do business with them again.
