Best Antenna Tv Booster that I have bought. This booster brings me more tv channels than I had on another booster that I only thought was good. I was feed up with cable high prices. I don’t have to have those cable channels. I get all the major channels. You get some radio stations and lots of channels. It brings a clear picture. I love my buy.

Works as well as my old 24dB gain amp, so I can't say whether it's amplifying more than the old one (b/c I can't measure the gain directly) or it's my antenna that has somehow dropped in gain to where I blamed my loss of channels on the old 24dB gain amp.

Disappointing Amplifier
There was no perceivable difference in reception with or without the amplifier hooked up even with the gain turned all the way up. I live quite a few miles from the nearest TV station so I have been using amplifiers since living where I currently do. This amplifier was purchased in hopes that it would outperform the one we have been using. We were able to pick up most stations in the room with the longest run of coax cable with the old amplifier but hoped to pick up the channels we could get in other rooms that were closer to the antenna by using this supposedly stronger amplifier. With this amplifier we could only pick up a couple of stations. We hooked the old Radio Shack amplifier back up and we were back to picking up most but not all channels just as before. Defective/Did Not Work on Receipt.
This product would likely be very good except that mine did not work at all when I received it as others had mentioned. It turned out that a wire had become disconnected inside due to a bad soldering job at the Chinese factory but an electronics knowledgeable friend was able to fix it for a small fee for me so I did not have to throw it out!

I'm not sure if there is an insufficiency in the product or in the placement of it. It did not boost my TV reception the way I hoped it would and the way a similar product did in another location. But again, this may not be a problem with the product, but I can't honestly report a dramatic improvement as a result of this product. The service of the company who sent it, in terms of shipping and promptness...was excellent.I'm not sure if there is an insufficiency in the product or in the placement of it.
