The rubber earpiece is much more comfortable than the foam covered bud. I use these inside a helmet for off-road communication and so far nothing has worked going over 30mph due to wind noise, including these, but for the price you can't expect too much.

Great quality for price!
I purchased two of these headsets with a bit of hesitation because the price was so low. I was anticipating something cheap and flimsy but what I found was the exact opposite. They are well built, fit the Motorola talk about radios very well (other connectors fall out with movement), and work very well. I would recommend them!

PTT Headset
Electronically the headset works fine but ear bud falls out of ear easily so not useful for active use. Should have an ear retention clip or rubber ear buds with different sizes.

Better than the others
As a group we use the Motorola radios during the deer season. The trouble we have is the mic/ headsets break stop working all the time. This type seems to last the longest without problems. Maybe because there are less working parts I don't know But these are the best.
