    Love this deep fryer

    My first deep fryer and it's so easy to use. I thought it was more involved, ie settings etc, but it's just the setting to the degrees. It was wonderful using it. Food cooked great and if my husband found this easy to use and talks about frying fish in it..well that's the best news from him lol.

    quick and easy to use

    Remember this unit will hold 1.1 litres of oil. In regards to frying a large volume, that will not happen. But for a small unit, this item performs great. Cleaning can be 'tricky', take your time and avoid water in exposed areas at the bottom. This unit is not submersible. I fry with peanut oil and the products turn out as good, if not better, than the commercial units.
