Good service. Fast shipping . The item is as described. Second time we have ordered. Cost effective. Just beware that this doesnot come with the insulated heat sheathing over the wire as this is being used in the oven. Both times I had to take the insulated sheathing off the old unit , If you are not very handy and know how to cut and put the sheathing over the new wire and then put the wires back together you may wish to buy a unit that already has the heat sheathing.
