My item was packaged extremely carefully and was new as described, but was a fragile ornament and a piece still ended up broken during shipping. The item was as described, ok that's how it should be right, but the packing was done with such percision there was no way this item would have been damaged. Oh yeah, I was not expecting this item till next week and it arrived in Fridays mail. Great job! I highly recommend as an Ebay seller.
