I am old school and I like to use a full sized wired mouse. It fits my hand well and works great. These are long lasting. Very happy with these so I bought two of them in case they stop making them. There is an audible click when pressing the left and right buttons and I guess it's a moderate sound. not loud but not soft either but I do not mind that. The scroll wheel is very quiet, makes a slight purring sound and feels good to the finger and works well.
