    Works pretty well

    Like: Looks more expensive than it is, works well when properly aimed, dongle lights up as feedback when command received, good price. Dislike: You really have to aim right at the dongle for the IR command to be received. I bought this actually just for the dongle so that I could add PS3 control to my learning universal touchscreen remote. About half the commands were learned the first try and all the rest the second try. The only weird thing was that the up and down arrows were both learned as a double press. Will test that further in the future. Overall it was a good buy.

    Good controller

    I actually bought the controller for the dongle so I can use my universal remote with the PS3. The only disadvantage is that there isn't any way the PS3/PS4 consoles will accept a power on/power off command from the controller, but powering off does have a workaround through the console's menu. The rest of the controller's functions work as expected.

    It's ok

    Sometimes works. Sometimes doesn't. Seems like I still have to use a controller every time I restart the game station

    My Universal Remote now controls everything + PS3

    Now my universal remote controls everything including PS3 since I have this usb plugin to ps3 and have programmed my cheap ($15) learning remote to the signals. Only problem, and it is the PS3 fault, not the remote's fault. PS3 does not power usb ports when the console is turned off...that means there is no possible way for ANY usb device (including this one) to turn the console on. I knew this ahead of time and considered the purchase a good value.
