Well, let’s begin with the last customer gave them a bad review and said his drone was packed bad HolyStone cases, aremolded for the drone, the controller and the batteries and there’s a foam piece on top in the clam shell closes tight and it’s in the case in the box so didn’t go anywhere nothing broke so you fabricated a bad review for nothing you got a 300 some dollar drone cheap ! brand new I’d be thankful that guy because you know what I got I pad free in my box did you? Fast shipp/ great ❤️

Worst Shipping Ever. Holy Stone HS720G was sent in a thin walled box about 3x larger than the drone with no bubble wrap or padding of any kind. So every time it was thrown into a truck or a plane from L.A. to Philadelphia the delicate camera and electronics is getting slammed with the full force of the shock. Bouncing around loose inside a thin walled box is no way to package something. Why would you do that to your valued customers?
