    Convenience of making own bread with some help of a bread machine

    Love using the pan and bread machine for mixing up the dough. Had issues with getting timing right on the dough rise (it would overflow pan) and did not care for shape of bread after it came out of pan cooked. So just mix up the dough with bread machine and using my own bread pans for second rise and baking in my oven. Very happy with this outcome. I'm delighted with all the varieties of breads that can be made. Follow recipes from bread machine cook books. My old pan wore out over the 10 years I have been using it, so this new one gives me more life.
