Item was NOT chrome as advertized! Had a brushed finish. Also the plastic soap bottle leaked at the bottom. It was packed in a factory box so must have been faulty from factory. Cost to return the item was not cost effective. If you would like to refund my $11 that would be fine. Thanks, Rusty
