This is the worst experience. I never got the item after being told it shipped and still have not seen a refund. Seller communication is terrible, and they don't seem to even know what's going on with their own company and can't give me a straight answer. It's been almost a month on something that should have taken 3 days. Seller has no clue what 's going on. Now want me to see if I received a refund, which I haven't, but if they sent one they should know. Don't buy anything from this company!
