The item received promptly and was as described. Excellent picture quality and Audio quality. Worked well from my 11 yr old laptop HDMI port to my 13 yr old LG LCD TV. Make sure to turn off the TV, unplug TV's power cord, drain the left over charge of the TV by pressing and holding TV's manual on/off switch for 30 seconds. Then do the testing. You have to change the Display to VGA. Set Audio to TV's internal speaker in TV, if you want to hear sound from TV internal speaker. Will buy again.
