The one I ordered was brand new in the box, great value compared to others, unfortunately, the display didn' t work, and none of the functions controlling the display didn't help. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and Bushell is fixing it. save your money and get gen 3
got this on the cheap auction 120 bucks. this unit is as good as any other cmos (digital) night vision and with the option to change the screen color to green makes it a little better. but still leaves a lot to be desired. the unit needs a mount so you can use it on a rifle. but to be honest. the only night vision any one would really be satisfied with is gen 3+. this unit is better than gen 1 but still is only as good as what you get with a sony handi cam with NV gen 2 compatiblegot this on the cheap auction 120 bucks. this unit is as good as any other cmos (digital) night vision and with the option to change the screen color to green makes it a little better. but still leaves a lot to be desired. the unit needs a mount so you can use it on a rifle. but to be honest. the only night vision any one would really be satisfied with is gen 3+. this unit is better than gen 1 but still is only as good as what you get with a sony handi cam with NV gen 2 compatible

Is good quality for a civilian night vision, I wish it came with the vehicle power cord and the video cord. But works for what I got it for. Night time on the water in my bass boat.
