By sheer happenstance, my Xbox Series S arrived without the controller and power cord accompanying the console (i don't blame the seller as the Xbox arrived in the original packaging without any tape cut or replaced or anything, so obviously this was some fluke thing during its original packing). I contacted the seller, worried I'd have to spend more money while going through a bunch of hoops, and pleasantly they immediately sent me a new controller and power cord. Amazing! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
