If I have one complaint about the drive it would be the documentation and instructions, which are nearly non-existent, even on-line. The "manual" that came with the drive is printed in such small print, I need to use a magnifying glass to read it; and it's mostly legal disclaimers and warranty information in multiple languages; nothing about the proper "care and feeding" of my new drive.The item arrived in a timely fashion and good condition.
