If you want "issues," buy from this seller. See ALL feedback stating "issues." My "issue": Listed as NEW but received USED AND DEFECTIVE item. Seller refunded with promise to replace with new, working one. Had to follow-up/remind seller to refund and provide tracking number promised but forgotten. Received wrong, replacement item. All issues documented, pictured and sent. Seller lacks focus on quality control and provides irritated excuses about over-extended, one-man operation..

SELLERS BEWARE. I Explained that this product wasn't meant for her it was a replacement for another customer. She didn't listen. Then she demands a free replacement, shes not shipping the item back or paying for return label in a very condescending manner stating that if her demands are not met my review will reflect that, which is basically blackmail for a new seller on ebay. (AGAINST POLICY BTW) I still complied, sending correct replacement. She keeps both chargers and leaves this review. RUN!
