The seller not only gave a great product (in this case a Gateway monitor) for a surprisingly cheap deal, but when the product (at first it *seemed*) didn't work right for me, and I contacted him to complain, he took the time to troubleshoot the issue for me, and his solution worked! My issue was the wrong type of cable which was causing a color display issue. This was a great experience, he's knowledgeable and willing to help!

    Needed the battery replaced.

    These are very nice GPS units. Can be upgraded with free maps. This particular unit needed the battery replaced.
