Given the low prices and the disclaimer that the watches could contain minor signs of wear/use, I was very surprised to find that both my watches appears to actually be brand new. There is not a single blemish on either of them and they still have Citizen tags on them. I am so happy I took a chance on these watches from this seller, I am probably going to go buy one or two more. A+++

Accurately described with respect to both the watch and generic box (not original Citizen box). The watch is beautiful and functions properly. Seller stated .pdf manuals can be had online and I've found manuals for all my Citizen warches, not just from the seller. Quick shipping and well packed. One small suggestion - I recommend slightly better packaging! The cardboard box was ok but could have had more bubble wrap or other protective elements to minimize potential damage risks!
