Shipped from Indiana within 48 hours from order. Arrived in Wisconsin by FedEx Ground next day. Very secure solid foam packaging with great buffer space between printer and the sturdy brown box. “Epson certified refurbished” was printed on the outside. NO user manual/quick start guide/invoice(needed for 1 yr warranty service, per packing slip). Good blue tape that doesn’t leave a residue used extensively to secure the printer’s movable parts. Great value. Sold/shipped/supported by Epson. Thanks!
