Wow, I am totally happy with this item and the seller! This item was described as "Open Box" which often needs to be taken with a grain of salt and may have actually been slightly used (or more). But this item was brand spanking new, sealed in the original Dell anti-static bag and was a "blank slate" as new Dell OEM replacement boards are (you have to enter a valid Service Tag from the existing machine). The seller gave me a great price and shipping was pretty quick too. Love it! Thanks!!
