First they don't have item, but not refund. Then they tell me to create a return for refund, which you can't do if the item hasn't been sent to you, so ended up as "item not arrived, do you want item or refund?" I select "Refund", Seller doesn't refund but says they have sent the item?? I wait again patiently now over a month for something that was supposed to be in the country. Parcel arrives and instead of three phase electrical transfer switch it is a cheap set of ear plugs??? Waste of time

We even no need you to return our product back, the steps also told you. Only take 1 minute and you can get your money back and we are done. You can purchase from other seller and have no lost.
