I am not an experienced mobile phone user. Note: I use a cheap, minimum level SIM card. GOOD: Item seems solid and well made. Available at cheap prices.I wanted a simple phone with texting , full qwerty keyboard and camera. I got those features plus mixed result access to the internet using my home network. Phone also has vhf radio, music, and video. No complaints over battery life. BAD: The downside of the phone is it tries to help you by sometimes going to screens that you don't want which results in confusion and much frustration. Would love all the business software taken off. The user manual is on the internet but doesn't always directly relate to your model. worth browsing.
