fits and functions in Nikon D750 DSLR
Seems to be OEM Nikon Battery. It is an EN-EL15a so it is chargeable in the battery charger and in the DSLR camera (I have a D750 DSLR) but it is supposedly not chargeable in the newer mirror-less cameras. Although it is supposedly useable, once charged with the battery charger, in the newer mirror-less cameras. It is stated that the EN-EL15b and EN-EL15c are fully compatable to be charged in the newer mirror-less cameras. As it was only just received, I do not know if it works just as well as my other OEM Nikon Battery. I do know that the two non-OEM batteries that I previously bought several years ago are not holding the charge as well as they did when bought; however, the OEM EN-EL15 battery that came with the camera is still holding the charge, just as well as when bought.Seems to be OEM Nikon Battery. OEM Nikon batteries work best
This Nikon battery fits 3 different Nikon camera models I own, so is versatile for me. I have several as back-ups to swap in the field or rotate while others are recharging. As Nikon OEM batteries, they work great and hold a charge well, and have the power to work as listed.

Great value for original manufacturer battery.
After research I decided it wasn't worth risking trying a non Nikon battery. This was a great value for an original Nikon battery. It's still on it's first charge and there's no reason to expect it won't last for many charges. And I feel better knowing it won't cause any damage to my camera.

Factory batteries are best.
This battery from Nikon is the only one I would use in my D800. Don't use aftermarket batteries in your expensive cameras, they could damage it. Only use original batteries.

Looking good....so far.
These batteries came professionally packaged and by all outward appearances, look like they are in fact new, “genuine” Nikon. So far they are holding their charge in storage. I have one in my D500 currently. It’s seems to be working fine, but not enough shots to determine performance in camera.
