Item (Willard - DVD) turned out to be a bootlegged DVD, seller didn’t verify it was a legit DVD. The seller did apologize and immediately refund the purchase price (but not the portion of the shipping) after I contacted them. I purchased two other DVDs from them that were exactly as described. I feel this item was an honest mistake and they made it right.

the dvds are obviously used but when they arrive in such poor condition they can't even be played without freezing then these are garbage and should not be sold. I paid immediately. I reached out to seller with concerns over condition of some of received movies and never got a response. Buy at your ON RISK. Used is one thing - not functional is another. See attached image of received DVD - ICE AGE

I cannot possibly check all of these for $1.49 each- however, I will happily refund any DVDs that do not work - if the buyer asks pleasantly. But this buyer came at me with a verbal sledge hammer right out of the box, so I chose not to respond. I am 64 years old and do not take kindly to verbal abuse.
