Unfortunately it didn’t come as described. This had a knockout missing on top (not pictured or said in the ad) and clear signs of use even though it was supposedly new open box. Explained that I needed it this week but seller didn’t care to let me know of these issues and now that I brought it up says “return for a refund”. Buyer beware!

please see the pictures in the listing, the knockouts were indeed intact and there were no signs of previous use. you paid on the evening of April 6th item was packed then and dropped off to the carrier on the morning of April 7th. Yes as I told you in our communications that we offer 30 day returns if your unhappy with your purchase please return it for a full refund.

    Good product otherwise except for the major drawback reviewed above.

    Does not play any discs except for standard commercially produced CD's. Since I have my own studio and burn my own CD's, this product does not do what my original JVC PC-X110 would do for me. Disappointed.

    I thought when I bought this boom Box the cassette player works and the radio works but when I receive it leave it one worked

    Both of the cassette player doesn't work and the cd player stops when playing
