One of the worst sellers I’ve ever dealt with (hence their feedback score) awful customer service, awful packing and awful all around AVOID item was sold as new mint on card arrives destroyed due to seller looking as if they’ve never packed anything before and arrived as shown then proceeded to say it was somehow my fault and needed to figure out with usps and it wasn’t on them a JOKE to say the very least

Only you & the other 10 clowns leaving negative feedback think so, but the 800+ serious true customers that left positive feedback would disagree. The box the item was shipped in arrived unharmed BACK to us making it highly unlikely to be damaged during transit as it was the same box it was shipped to you in a "floating" shipping method. You did however mention you wanted a mint item & the blister on this unit was not to begin with so maybe once you saw the condition the blister may of "fell."

    Pretty good.

The only cons are exporting the footage and finding another battery for it. The one that came with it is already done for. Right now, I can only use the camera while it’s on the charger, but other than that everything else is cool. Definitely appreciative of it though, because I’m pretty sure this is the only great working one on the internet especially for its price so I can’t really be mad if I wanted to. I’d say this is pretty damn good for a first camera. I enjoy filming, and I love just about everything about it.

  • Touch screen is cool. 20X's Zoom

I like the touch screen feature. Once you figure out how to customize the menu to the features you would most like use then it's pretty easy to adjust the settings for different lighting conditions. Only takes about 2or 3 minutes to finalize the dvd and about 10 seconds or less to unfinalize it. When I bought the camera (used) it didn't come with any software and I haven't had time to download the driver from the internet. Once I do I'll be able to do some editing on the computer. The one thing I don't like is that if you just got done recording a scene you can immediately delete it if you want but you can't go back an delete any scenes prior to the last one. Maybe on the computer you can but definitely not on the camera itself. The stability control for the camera is pretty good. ...

  • DVD92 Sony DVD camcorder

I just bought mine because I had several giftcards at Circuit City and found a great price on Circuitcity.com I could not decide at the stores due to the different options available and the vast difference in price. I found that the touch screen controls are very easy to use and am looking forward to trying it out. It did not come with any discs, so I am going out to get some today and therefore cannot comment yet. FYI, this one does not come with a USB cord and yo must finalize disc before using on the computer or DVD player, but the directions say that if you use DVD+RW, you can still add to the disc after finalaization. (or write over disc if you want. I had thought "finalize" meant final and you couldn't add more later. I guess I'll find out tomorrow. So far, it looks like a great ...

  • Nice camcorder

I have never used/purchased a mini camcorder before. This one was very easy to setup and understand. The video quality seems to be very good. I have not used the camera/photo option yet. The DVD played on my DVD player without any problem. The touch screen menu is super easy to use. I don't plan on editing my video's, or downloading them onto my PC, so I went with this model. Pretty much, using a DVD-R, it's load, record, finalize. That's it. Then pop it into your DVD player to watch. I guess the limitation is only 30 minutes of recording time on the DVD, but that's plenty for me. Cost of the DVD-R's is about $3.00 each, so that is bearable for me as well. I played around with a DVD-RW. Rewriting the disk was easy, and the VR mode allows you to do some editing if you need to. All and all, ...
