Earbuds are fantastic, especially for the price! Sound quality is great for such cheap buds. Only issue is the instructions are severely lacking in detail. They don't explain that there's a very thin, blue film that you need to remove from thr buds so they can have proper connectivity to charge in the case. Otherwise, these are incredible. Very happy with purchase

Well, the ear buds did arrive when promised, and they do appear to be new. They almost look like the ones offered in the for sale posting. Unfortunately, the instructions appear to be for a different ear bud product. These appear to my phone as "F9", not "5.1" . I have yet to get the volume to adjust up or down by tapping the ear bud. And the right hand side falls out of my ear.

Casters don't look brand new. They have some light scuff marks but work as expected. Communicated with the seller and was assured that they are new. It's possible they got beat up in shipping, but packaging didn't look bad. Anyways, overall a positive experience and if the casters hold up as advertised and expected, definitely a great value.
