Seller was perfect. Fast shipping, item as described, nothing to complain about here. The WH-1000XM5s are also great. I tested these out side by side with apple airpods max over ear headphones for a week before deciding which ones to go with. I was pulling for the airpods max, because I liked the build quality, however, the sonys beat the airpods max on sound quality, mic quality, comfortability and price quite frankly.

These headphones were in absolutely pristine condition, no way to tell they aren't new, and I was pleasantly surprised they came in the original case in perfect condition. It worked GREAT! The buttons felt like new, the touch sensors worked perfect, and it sounded amazing. Unfortunately I had to return them because they were uncomfortable to wear with my glasses, but that's not the sellers fault. They made the return super easy, approved right away, free shipping, refund immediately.

I had an excellent buying experience! The shipping was fast — My package arrived in 2-3 days. The boxing was well-padded and everything was individually wrapped.
